By downloading, installing, or using Attently, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Attently provides romantic reminder suggestions, scheduling tools, and personalized ideas to help users show appreciation for their partners. The App offers both free and premium subscription services.
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device identifier.
4. Subscription & Payments
Premium features are available via in-app subscription (EUR 2.99/month, auto-renewing). Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The App may use artificial intelligence to generate romantic ideas, reminders, and plans. We are not responsible for the content, ideas, plans, or reminders generated by the App. All generated suggestions are for inspiration only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any idea before acting on it.
6. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of any information you provide about your partner or relationship. You agree not to use the App for harassment, abuse, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. For EU users, the laws of your country of residence apply. For UK users, the laws of England and Wales apply.
11. Dispute Resolution
For EU users, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of your country of residence. For UK users, the courts of England and Wales. For all other users, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
