This Privacy Policy explains how Attently collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application.

We collect device identifiers, profile data (name, email, relationship preferences), partner information you voluntarily provide, usage data, and subscription data processed by Apple or Google.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to generate personalized reminders, send notifications, process subscriptions, and improve the App.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We do not store passwords. Your device ID is the primary identifier for your account.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / EU Users)
EU users have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, and port their personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us through the support link in the App to exercise these rights.
6. Your Rights (UK Users)
UK users have similar rights under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. You may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Your Rights (US / California Users)
California residents have rights under CCPA: the right to know, delete, opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you use the App. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Third-Party Services
We use RevenueCat for subscription management, Apple/Google for payment processing, and Resend for optional email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes within the App.
